Requirements and skills :
– Bachelor degree in any field related to visual merchandising
– Have portfolio of job experiences
– At least 1 – 3 years experience as an Merchandiser in Fashion Products, retail or have experience in visual arts
– Fluent in English both oral and written
– Highly Creative with experience in identifying target audiences
– Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
– Good communication & coordination skills
– Great analytical & Attention to details
Responsibilities :
– Plan, prepare and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
– Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays, Produce window displays, signs, interior displays and special promotions displays
– Collaborate with marketing team, all branches, the product team and all parties involved in merchandising
– Create display guides and ensure that all branches is stick to the guidelines
– Prepare all necessary elements/ materials for displays across all branches (including purchase, packing, and shipping)
– Ensure that products are available on displays according to the guidelines
– Weekly and monthly reports
